Welcome to Gallery Mellick

A benefit for Ukrainian & displaced communities in crisis

Affordable art. Net profits donated.

Gallery Mellick exists for two reasons.

Gallery Mellick is a space where Jill Mellick’s artwork can be easily available (for a limited time) to as many people as possible. Especially now, since Jill passed on December 20, 2022.

Not just for friends and family, but also for wider communities. So that Jill’s art can find new breath and carry her memory out into the world, into new spaces and new homes.

But there’s a another reason behind the creation of Gallery Mellick: the net profits raised through sales of this art will be donated in support of Ukrainian refugees, and other displaced peoples around the world.  These were causes very close to Jill’s heart.

We want to welcome as many people as possible to participate.  That’s why each piece in Gallery Mellick is offered with a sliding scale price range.

To determine where our fundraising is directed, we researched many incredible relief organizations.

We selected two: Nova Ukraine and The International Refugee Committee (IRC).

Each will receive fifty percent of net profits raised.

Nova Ukraine is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including the support of first responders in Ukraine, evacuating Ukrainians deported to Russia, and helping Ukrainian refugees in the US and Europe.
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) helps people affected by humanitarian crises to survive, recover and rebuild their lives. Founded at the call of Albert Einstein in 1933, the IRC is now at work in over 40 crisis-affected countries as well as communities throughout Europe and the Americas.
